SolarCity announced this week that it will be expanding its services in Arizona. The company is launching a new operations center in Prescott Valley and another in Phoenix. The Phoenix center will specialize in serving large-scale commercial and new home construction. Business Wire reports:

Leisa Brug, Energy Policy advisor to Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, is attending today’s grand opening of the Prescott Valley operations center located in Dewey, Arizona. “Arizona invests in sustainable energy alternatives as they directly impact the lives of our residents and the state’s economy with the creation of jobs,” said Brug. “We welcome SolarCity’s expansion in the state, as it supports our goal of making Arizona the leader in solar power generation.”
