Arkansas Advanced Energy Association (AAEA) Releases Policy Recommendations
Arkansas Business // Jun 28, 2012Arkansas Business reports on the launch of policy recommendations for Arkansas’s energy plan from AAEA, AEE’s Arkansas state partner, which resulted from a year long collaborative process involving more than 70 advanced energy leaders. Arkansas Business also notes that 88% of Arkansans believe that the use of advanced energy is important for future growth, according to a survey released today by AEE and AAEA. According to Arkansas Business, policy recommendations include:
“…state incentives for the use of alternate fuels, legislative and regulatory initiatives related to energy efficiency, a state standard for the use of clean and renewable energy, and further research and development in the advanced energy arena.”
