The Business Journals // Aug 31, 2012Citing a poll from the Advanced Energy Economy, the Charlotte Business Journal reports that more than 3 out of 4 voters in North Carolina want the next president to prioritize advanced energy. Ninety percent of the North Carolina voters surveyed said that advanced energy sources are "very important" to America's future. The Charlotte Business Journal Reports:
The survey was conducted two weeks ago for Advanced Energy Economy by John Zogby’s JZ Analytics firm. It got responses from 600 N.C. voters… The group will have a forum on “Powering the City” Wednesday in Charlotte at the McColl Center for Visual Art on North Tryon Street. The event, co-sponsored by The National Journal and The Atlantic, is being held in conjunction with the Democratic National Convention. It is similar to an event the group sponsored this week at the Republican Convention in Tampa, Fla.
