U.S. & World Report ran a story recently featuring a quote from a report released by Brattle Group and Commissioned by Advanced Energy Economy Institute. The article, "Changes 'on the Table' for Federal Carbon-Cutting Plan," covers possible revisions to the Clean Power Plan before it is finalized this summer. When it comes to reliability as it relates to the Clean Power Plan, U.S. News writes:

A report by energy-sector consulting firm The Brattle Group, commissioned by the Advanced Energy Economy Institute, found that the Clean Power Plan “is unlikely to materially affect reliability.”
