Advanced Energy United reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, and will do so by posting an updated Privacy Policy on our website. Changes will not affect user information we obtained prior to the change without your express consent.

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, also known as the "Shine the Light Law," any of our users who are California residents are entitled to request and receive once a year, free of charge, a notice from us describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
